A traditional Sarawak cuisine is a common dish that most Malaysian community love to try and eat it. Haiyana Kitchen, which serves a Sarawak cuisine was located at Durian Tunggal, Melaka. Indeed, it is a strategic place that has been chosen by the founder. Not only offering Sarawak cuisine, this restaurant also serves a Malay cuisine with a reasonable prices. The ambiance at this restaurant is very welcoming and charming with a good service that has been provided. The servers are also great and always efficient and polite.

The main signature dishes at Haiyana Kitchen, Melaka is a ‘mee kolok’ and ‘laksa sarawak’ which is using their own recipes from the founder. Based on the reviews at social media, the dishes has a high demand from their customer. By using only marinade ingredients from ‘gula apong’ and ‘lada Sarawak’, it is able to make a first option for the customer to taste the Sarawak cuisine.

Haiyana Kitchen have a two branch in Malacca which is at Durian Tunggal and Bandaraya Melaka. Luckily, both of this branch has received a good responses and satisfied review from the customers as it is a main priority as a trader.

What is more interesting in this restaurant, it also have a special deals such as Nasi Lalapan. It is one of popular food in Sarawak which is consists a fried meat and chicken while eating with  ‘sambal belacan’.
